Touching someone without lust

Q:
1. I wanted to ask, if while touching the opposite sex, a man or women ejaculates, then does it establish hurmat musarrat?
2. Does lust in the case of women indicate the movement of vagina?
A:
1. No.
2. When no lust is experienced at all then hurmat-e-musaaharat will not take place.
